Bible Trumper: Former President Selling ‘God Bless the USA’ Holy Books

NEW YORK — Trying to recover from under an avalanche of legal bills, former President Donald Trump announced that he’s selling Bibles for $60 as he embarks on another White House run.

“Happy Holy Week! Let’s Make America Pray Again. As we lead into Good Friday and Easter, I encourage you to get a copy of the God Bless the USA Bible,” Trump said on Tuesday in a video posted to Truth Social.

The pre-Easter move comes as Trump faces a money crunch amid growing legal bills while he fights four criminal indictments and a series of civil charges.

“All Americans need a Bible in their home, and I have many. It’s my favorite book,” Trump said. “I’m proud to endorse and encourage you to get this Bible. We must make America pray again.”

The King James Version of the Bible is being sold as “the only” one that’s “endorsed by President Trump!” The book also features a copy of the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the Pledge of Allegiance.

The website where the Bibles are being sold says it “is not political” and “has nothing to do with any political campaign.”

“GodBlessTheUSABible.com is not owned, managed or controlled by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, CIC Ventures LLC or any of their respective principals or affiliates,” according to the site, which is operated by Florida-based CIC Ventures LLC.

This is how people reacted to the Trump’s latest venture:

Others, meanwhile, defended the former president and encouraged others to buy it.
