Corrections Policy

The Media Project and its nonprofit publication, Religion Unplugged, is committed to correcting factual mistakes and encourages readers to submit complaints about errors whenever warranted.

Religion Unplugged uses Vett News Cx to welcome corrections requests from readers and to communicate the status of each request. Simply click the button at the bottom of any article to submit a correction request. For questions about the Vett News Cx tool or content on Religion Unplugged, email Executive Editor Paul Glader at Paul@themediaproject.org. We note at the bottom of our articles whenever a major factual or contextual error has been fixed. For simple typos or spelling errors, we fix the mistake but don’t publish a correction for those simple errors.

Vett News Cx is a corrections management tool developed with sponsorship from Knight Foundation, created by Paul Glader, Peter Freeby and Clemente Lisi by Vett Inc. The tool is now in beta testing by 20 professional and college news organizations around the country. To see if your publication qualifies to be a beta tester, contact paul@vettnews.com.
