Arul’s guest is Sabrina Siga, who began to paint in 1979. Encouraged by her late husband (who was an Indian naval officer and a polo player, Siga’s works adorn the walls of numerous military establishments around India and the U.K. She also painted horses owned by royal families to grace palace walls.
In the year 2000, Siga believed that her God-given talent needed to serve the Lord and so began her foray into biblical art. Her deep spirituality and knowledge of the Bible has been a blessing as she struggles to popularize Christian religious art in this predominantly Hindu country.
